Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing of standard items and 7–10 business days for custom or made-to-order items. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping & Tracking
All items are shipped via USPS and include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you would like to add shipping insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or failure to read product descriptions.
Exceptions may apply only in the case of an item arriving damaged or defective. In such cases, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing [your email address] with the following:
