1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, booking services, purchasing products, or interacting with any digital content from Content with Creating (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services & Offerings

We provide a range of creative services and handmade products including, but not limited to:

  • Photography sessions (studio and on-location)

  • Graphic design (branding, social media assets, etc.)

  • Custom product commissions (candles, nipple covers, mugs, apparel, etc.)

  • Pole dance classes, tutorials, and creative workshops

  • Digital downloads, online content, and educational material

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, designs, templates, and downloads, are the exclusive intellectual property of Content with Creating and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any material without written permission

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without a license

  • Pass off our designs, photos, or content as your own

4. Bookings & Payment

  • All services must be booked through our official platforms (website, email, or form submissions).

  • Payment is due upfront or as outlined in your custom service agreement.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows may result in non-refundable fees.

If a payment plan is offered, all installments must be paid in full by the agreed deadline. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of previous payments.

5. Accepted Payment Methods 

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (processed securely via Stripe or Wix Payments)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Afterpay (for eligible orders, if enabled)

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking, unless a custom payment agreement is in place.

6. Custom Product Policy 

Due to the made-to-order and handmade nature of most of our physical products (including candles, nipple covers, and other crafted goods), all items are considered custom unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

As such:

  • All custom products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and offer a solution.

Each item is handmade with care. Minor imperfections are normal and part of the charm of custom-crafted work.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our creative services and customized products:

  • Digital products and custom items are non-refundable.

  • Services may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full session cancellations within 48 hours of a shoot or service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If we are unable to fulfill your order or service due to circumstances on our end, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling.

8. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service or submitting a request, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and communicate clearly

  • Be respectful and professional in all correspondence

  • Use the services for lawful and ethical purposes only

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in harmful, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

This website may include links to third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Wix, Stripe, Mailchimp). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of these external sites.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Content with Creating is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or services

  • Damages caused by misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorized use of our content or products

  • Personal injury during in-person sessions or classes unless caused by our gross negligence

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content with Creating from any claims arising from your use of our services or site.

11. User-Generated Content

If you submit or share content with us (e.g., testimonials, tagged photos, reviews), you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display it in our marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or small claims court in Fulton County, Georgia.
